University Speech Clinics in Arkansas

Several colleges around the state offer various speech therapy evaluation and services through their university speech training clinics.  Most of the clinics have discounted or free services such as speech evaluations, social skills classes, and speech therapy. Undergraduate or graduate students perform most of the services under direct faculty supervision. Services are available only during the school's session. However, if you need an alternative evaluation or want your child screened for autism, the speech clinics are an excellent alternative.

The Arkansas public school system must also offer special education screening services, which includes a speech evaluation, through child find. The child does not have to attend the public school.
